Packing Your Products

After sourcing your orders, our workers pack your orders. Animena has professional workers to pack products. Security is most important. We pack different orders with different packages, and different delivery way, different packing ways. Our team also consider how to save shipping cost for you.

Delivering Your Orders

Once your orders finish packed, we send out your order. Different products, different countries, then different delivery way. Usually we will offer safest delivery way, and we try to get cheaper shipping rate.

Tracking Your Orders

Animena will put tracking numbers in your order page after delivery. You can open your order page to get it. You also can track your orders. Our team also track your orders all the time, until you get the order. Once some problems happen, We will contact with you through email or leave messages in your order page.
